• Candidates preffered should be from in and around TN,should have fluency in Tamil.        

•    Job Description:

1. Manage the  collection  activities of the cluster- 30 _ 90 dpd.
2. Ensure targeted  collection from 30 – 90 dpd customers
3.  Monitor verification process
4. Identify and action on skip tracing
5. Resolve customers dispute
6. Training on product and services to the  fos
7. Analysis of feedback to and from agencies
8. Develop effective follow up systems
