•    Age                                 -       25 years to 29 years.                                                                

• Candidates preffered should be from in and around TN,should have fluency in Tamil.        

The candidate will be responsible for :

1. Achieve targeted subscriber in assigned geography
2. Achieve Primary targets for Hansets & RCVs through Distributor Sales Representatives ;continuously provide On-Job-Training to DSR team.
3. Also personally evaluate & seek to improve distribution.
4. Constantly focus on & increase distribution width & depth for Handsets & RCVs.
5. Ensure a high level of merchandising excellence including the use of signages & vinyls with a view to territory visibility leadership against competition.
6. Monitor the performance of distributors,retailers & take corrective actions.
7. The role has to work closely with the Cluster Head to achieve the set business goals for his town/s
