    Desired QualificationsGraduate from a reputed university with preference for MBA
    Desired experienceAt least 2- 4 years of sales experience in Alternate Channel or Bancassurance.  Experience of delivering against targets along with Team Handling.

    Purpose of the role

    Maintaining good relations with branches of ING Vysya Bank for achievement of team sales targets.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Achieve FYP targets through regular visits to the assigned branches & relationship building with the team.
    • Visit branches of ING Vysya Bank on a regular basis to ensure that targets are being met & productivity is maintained.
    • Interact regularly with Relationship Managers/Personal Loan Officers/ Managers to set targets & achieve required sales.
    • Recruitment, Handling and Initial grooming of the sales teams in presentation & selling skills.
    • Make joint calls with sales team, if required during the initial months.
    • Accompany the sales team on calls with high-ticket clients.
    • Interact regularly with channel partners to convey expectations & ensure they are met.
    2. Technical Support
    • Training for competence development of Financial Planning Consultants
    • Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Field Sales.
    • Provide all necessary support for competitive proposals including customer research and decision making criteria.

    3. Driving Sales Processes

    • Draw up account activity plan.
    • Provide accurate and complete information for customer proposals
    • Ensure processes within the “steps-of-sale” are managed effectively and efficiently
    • Prepare a list of support required and coordinate for  acquiring new channels
    • Provide necessary links for Organization to organization relationships
    • Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.
    • Ensure that commitments are met

    4. Managing results

    • Achievement of targets: activity targets, penetration and customer preference analysis.
    5. Providing feedback
    • Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time
    • Maintain updated performance and sales documentation
