Key Result Areas

 

v      Acquire the targeted no. of customers in the specified territory within defined period.

v      Achieve the sales revenue target allocated for the allocated territory.

Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

 

v      Responsible for the achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets for the assigned territory.

v       Supervise a team of Sales Associates and allocate sales targets to them.

v      Ensure the timely collection of the payments and adherence to the payment collection / Outstanding systems and procedures as per company policies

v      To keep a track of the tele-communications infrastructure, customer locations, infocom requirements, relevant systems & processes (like buying process & others) & other information in line with formats defined in the prospect card.

v      Assist the City Sales Manager in developing competitive sales strategy for the assigned territory considering all significant external (competition info, customer needs etc.) & internal factors (business strategy, sales targets etc.) & implement the same through sales associates.

v      Build & maintain relationship with customers.

v      Build the customer loyalty by ensuring the QoS through coordination with the back end support functions viz. Post-Sales Technical support, customer support, billing and other functions.

v      Build the Client Relationship by sponsoring and organising events & seminars in coordination with the City Sales Manager & promotion team.

v      Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyse its impact on the business in coordination with Town Sales Manager.

v      Identify the opportunities for the new products, services & applications & enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues.

v      Collect the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information & initiatives and analyse the same with the help of City Sales Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business .

v      Assist City Sales Manager in striking strategic alliances with synergistic partners like system integrators, consultants etc. in line with the defined guidelines.

v      Keep a track of the customers changing needs to facilitate the innovation & development of the new customer management processes & systems in coordination with the Town Sales Manager

v      Implement the co-sponsorships and joint promotions programs with customers in coordination with the City Sales Manager & RICL promotion team.

v      Identify the opportunities, in coordination with the City Sales Manager, to use the clients to get new leads & customers through pyramid marketing to sell to their customers for mutual benefits & implement the same.
