- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Business Case/Project Charter preparation and approval.
- Vendor Management
- Procurement Management
- Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide.
- Implements network security at the corporate level as established by corporate Security Director.
- Recognizes necessary improvements and makes suggestions to the department head.
- 3 to 5 yrs experience in of handling software or infra-structure projects in telecommunication domain.
- Experience of managing project in OSS/BSS domain – any exposure of managing Clarify, Siebel, SAP, Clarity, Oracle Applications, and Remedy is a big plus.
- Having PMT and experience of handling software projects is a big plus.
- Good coordination and communication skills are a must.
