| Key Business Objective: |
| Head of financial and business planning for a region of Vanco. Responsible for day to day accounting, MIS, compliance and audit. |
| Key Performance Indicators: |
- 100% statutory compliance
- 100% timely and accurate Statutory and Management Accounts preparation
- 100% audit of entities in region on schedule
- Ensure actual opex is within budget

| Overview – Role Summary: |
- Day to day accounting and book keeping.
- Financial planning & analysis: performance reporting using key financial indicators
- Business planning: analyse performance and prepare forecast vs. AOP
- Budgeting: ensure budgetary control.
- Tax compliance: Completion of filing and tax compliances in country
- Transfer pricing: full study and compliance with transfer pricing policies of the Group.

Internal: Communication with various departments of the Sales, Pricing and Operations departments.
External: None. |
Who can Apply: |
Experience & Key Competencies required:- CA or MBA or ICWA
- Experience of 2 to 3 years
- Oracle/SAP experience is added benefit
