IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENTS
- General Manager-Marketing-1
He shall be based at Ludhiana and will head the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka & Kerala for all business development activities. Aspirant should be a MBA from a reputed institution, capable of handling a team of 8 regional managers and 8 marketing executives for all affairs pertaining to business development. Will report to the CEO and would be solely responsible for achieving business targets and profitability. He/She would head marketing, advertisement, local promotions, trainings, events, client servicing etc.
We would prefer a candidate from the education sector, who has thorough knowledge about the Indian education system, has worked in a similar capacity and has exposure to distance learning. Should posses a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, presentation skills, must be compute savvy, have business acumen with deep integrity honesty. Not more than 35 years of age and should be willing to travel frequently.
Package Up to 6.00 lakhs + incentives up to or more than the same amount
- Regional Managers-8
Ideally an MBA but not a constraint will be reporting to the General Manager-Marketing and occasionally to CEO. Preferably from the same sector but not a constraint if willing to learn. He shall be responsible for the above task but for his territory that could be one out of the above.
To be based at Ludhiana or the head quarter of the state and will be offered a salary of 2.40-3.00 lakh plus incentives
- Marketing Executive-8
They would be placed at the head quarter of the respective state for coordination with centers, vendors and the Regional Managers. He would also be required for cold calling, industry and media liaison and public relations. He should be a local person who understands the local language. Salary: 1.20-1.50 Lakh plus incentive
- Manager-Placements-1
To be based at Ludhiana and look after all placement activities of PTU DEP stake holder’s i.e. Regional Center, Learning Centers and students. He/She should be MBA in HR, fluent linguistics, technology savvy, good event manager, innovator and enthusiastic to provide innovations. Will also maintain the web module of the placement section; handle the newsletters, public relation activities. She shall be traveling occasionally. Salary: 1.50-1.80 Lakh
- Manager-Technical-1
He/she will be based at Ludhiana and must be a MCA or B.Tech computer science and should have minimum 3 years experience in handling website and data base. The obligations are to manage the entire web portal and Online learning management system of the PTU DEP, the database management software of regional and learning centers and all other technical aspects of this program. Salary: 1.50-1.80 Lakh p.a.
- Placement Officer-1
To manage the placement and public relation activities for one of the regional centers with headquarters at Ludhiana by way of coordination with the regional managers and learning centers of its zones. Occasional traveling is involved but primarily activities of the Manager Placements are to be executed at the Regional level. Salary: 1.50 Lakh
- Liaison Officer-1
He shall be based at Ludhiana and is required to liaison with the accounts department of the Punjab Technical University. He should have reasonable working knowledge and experience of accounts, reports, submission of claims and recovery of payment from Government agencies. With at least 5 years of working experience capable of independent file preparation, submission and recovery. He will report to Chief Administrative Officer and liaison with accounts manager or manager operation. Salary: 1.50-1.80 Lakh plus incentives
- Coordinators-6
Young, smart dynamic girls, preferably MBA’s or experience of 2-3 years in call center, BPO, client service, tele calling etc to coordinate with a group of learning centers.
They will all be based at Ludhiana and would be a single point contact for those centers allocated to them. They will be offered a salary of 80K p.a.
