Proficient in Storage Administration including SUN Storage Hardware(SUN storage 6500 & 3500,T3 etc) with Veritas Volume Manager, Veritas File System andRAID Manager.
Proficient in Installation and administration of Veritas volume manager & veritas file system.
Monitoring the memory usage, CPU usage and disk utilization of Solaris servers.
Able to do performance tuning and troubleshoorting and system related log analysis from OS and Hardware perspective.
Resolving hardware error messages generated by Solaris syslogd daemons.
Worked as solaris system administrator extensively of Solaris 2.x,7,8,9,10 on implementation and trouble shooting.
Worked on 24x7 OPS production environment having hetrogeneous setup.
Worked on Various Enterprise servers like SF6800,V890,V440,V220 and netra series.
Worked on clustering setups like SUN clusters 3.x & veritas cluster 3.x
Exposure of to Enterprise Storage like HP 12K,1024 and EMC DMX series & Netapps..
Exposure of Zoning and fabric switch administration..
Storage Administrator:Minimum 6-8 years: Position 2

Involved in data migration from XP12000 to DMX and Clariion online using VxVM .
